Ride 176km – together
23rd edition of the Cyclotour – Oct 18, 2026
Dreaming of riding around Lake Geneva, but still unsure about the distance or riding in a peloton? In 2026, Cycling Heidi is back alongside the Cyclotour du Léman to help you prepare for the challenge, build confidence and meet other women with the same goal.
The programme includes two skills clinics before the event, followed by a women’s starting block at the Cyclotour du Léman on 18 October 2026.
Join a women’s peloton on 18 October
In 2024 and 2025, Cycling Heidi and her team of guides accompanied dozens of women around Lake Geneva in a welcoming, reassuring and friendly environment. In 2026, the women’s starting block is back and bigger than ever, designed for multiple peloton’s at different speeds to give women of all levels and goals an opportunity to participate.
The lake tour with Cycling Heidi
This peloton is for participants who want to ride around the lake without chasing a time or focusing on performance. I’ll lead this group together with Katia from Morges Bike Ladies.
We’ll ride the full 176 km at roughly 22–25 km/h, stop at the official feed stations, ride at a pace that works for the group, and focus on getting back to Lausanne together.
This is the group for you if you’re a little nervous about your first tour of the lake, or if you simply prefer a social, chill ride in good company.
Looking for a faster pace? Great!
Natacha from Fast&Female Nyon will lead a faster peloton, riding at roughly 25–28 km/h to complete the tour in about 6-7 hours.
If you’re comfortable riding faster but still want the support and atmosphere of a group, this is probably your peloton.
Important: this registration is only for the women’s peloton
Joining the peloton is free, but the form below does not include your Cyclotour du Léman entry.
To join the peloton, you therefore need to:
- purchase your Cyclotour du Léman entry directly on the event website
- complete the form below to join the Cycling Heidi women’s peloton
If you haven’t purchased your entry yet, you can benefit from 10% off your Cyclotour registration. The information needed to claim the discount will be sent to you when you register for the peloton.
Skill clinics
Lillie, also known as Cycling Heidi, is a Swiss Cycling-certified guide. She supports beginner and intermediate riders who want to improve their skills and feel more comfortable on the bike.
Riding in a peloton, braking, cornering, descending and holding a steady line are not natural abilities. They can be learned and practised. These clinics give you the opportunity to ask questions, improve in a welcoming environment and meet other women who are also preparing to take on the 176 km challenge.
Two dates are available:
Saturday, 22 August 2026 at Belga in Prilly-Malley (Lausanne)
Saturday, 19 September 2026 at Tête de Course (Nyon)
programme:
10:00 to 12:00: Skill clinic
12:00 to 13:30: Lunch Break (menus are proposed for a special price)
13:30 to 16:30: Social ride
Price: CHF 40.– per clinic (cost of meal not included)
10 places available per date
The Cyclotour skill clinics are finished. However, if you are still looking for a bit of reassurance before the event, feel free to join a group skill clinic in Bex.
