Program :

🔹 Morning (theory):
Learn the essential basics for leading a group safely:
– Safety rules on the road
– Planning an outing
– Group management and supervision
– Group dynamics and communication

🔹 Lunch: at participants’ expense

🔹 Afternoon (practical):
Outing around Aigle to put what you’ve learned in the morning directly into practice, leading the group of participants.

Trainer: Lillie Rumpf, aka Cycling Heidi, is a certified Swiss Cycling guide, sports coach and passionate about helping women progress. She regularly organizes courses, stays and training in Switzerland and abroad, with a caring and structured approach.
